Meet at the lower gates of the Monmouth Canoe and Activity Centre to help with boat loading.
Pll session runs from 5:05 pm to 6:00 pm.
£3.50 per session.

Friday night meetings at the rapids have finished for the season and are planned to restart in April 2012.
Severn Bridge
There's still a chance of this much fabled trip down the lower reaches of the Wye to the old Severn Bridge; this may go ahead this November!
